Les presentamos nuestra siguiente propiedad situada en pleno centro de Porto do Son que consta de dos habitaciones, dos baños, cocina, salón y trastero.

Porto del Son es una villa y municipio de la provincia de La Coruña, perteneciente a la Comarca de Noya. El término municipal ocupa el lado noroeste de la península del Barbanza. Limita por todo el lado sureste con municipios de Boiro, Puebla del Caramiñal y Ribeira.

Un pueblito de pescadores con todos los servicios de la mano, colegios, supermercados, comercios, transportes….

Al acceder al apartamento nos encontramos un amplio salón comedor, si te asomas a la ventana puedes ver el mar.

Al otro lado nos encontramos un pasillo que nos distribuye al resto de la vivienda. Por un lado nos encontramos un armario donde está ubicado un gran termo eléctrico.
 A continuación tenemos un cuarto de baño, este con plato de ducha.

En frente tenemos la cocina, esta amueblada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios tales como placa, horno, extractor, microondas y nevera combi completamente nueva. 

Y por último tenemos las dos habitaciones, pegada a la cocina nos encontramos una habitación con un gran armario empotrado, éste forrado en madera. Además tenemos una pequeña terraza cubierta donde está la zona de lavandería.

Y al otro lado nos encontramos la habitación suite con baño, este armario es bastante más pequeño pero igualmente forrado.

Los suelos de las habitaciones son de tarima maciza de madera y las ventanas son de PVC.

El edificio esta forrado de piedra, por lo que está muy bien aislado de la humedad.

We present our next property located in the center of Porto do Son consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and storage room.

Porto do Son is a town and municipality in the province of La Coruña, belonging to the region of Noya. The municipality occupies the northwest side of the Barbanza peninsula. It is bordered on the southeast side by the municipalities of Boiro, Puebla del Caramiñal and Ribeira.

A small fishing village with all services at hand, schools, supermarkets, stores, transportes.

And finally we have the two bedrooms, attached to the kitchen we find a room with a large built-in closet, this one lined in wood. We also have a small covered terrace where the laundry area is.

And on the other side we find the suite room with bathroom, this closet is much smaller but equally lined.

The floors of the rooms are made of solid wood flooring and the windows are made of PVC.
